Coming originally from graphic design and working as a designer and art director, Harald Stroebel (KONZT) started his own artistic projects in 2008.

Seen under formal aspects, the works of KONZT seem to be quite appealing, but nevertheless, they often contain explicit statements. All artworks start with their conceptual idea, which defines the technique of the artistic conversion. They often deal with well-known symbols and codes which are transferred to new meanings by unusual combination and ironic points of view.

Born in 1965 in Stuttgart, lives and works in Vienna since 1993.
